- Plan your day: Having a blueprint of your day can help you navigate through it effectively and efficiently. Therefore, plan your day’s activities to make it productive.
- Set realistic goals: It’s impossible to complete 1 week’s worth of work in one day. Therefore, when setting targets, make sure that they are realistic.
Hydrateand eat right: Productivity can only come by if your body has been appropriately nourished. To facilitate the same, drink adequate amounts of water throughout the day and consume a healthy and balanced diet.

workout: Exercisecan stimulate the flow of endorphins– the chemical that can have excellent mood-boosting effects on the brain. This can also help improve productivity.
